Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior
Some customers have expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the service they received from Jimmie's Towing. David and Julie Dyer reported being treated poorly by the company, including being yelled at by a woman on the phone and being told they were responsible for a missing license plate. Josh Bishop had a poor experience as well, waiting for three hours and being hung up on by a manager. Nancy Loerwald was also unhappy with the company, stating that they refused to let her retrieve her son's personal belongings from his towed vehicle.
