Positive: The reviewers were impressed with the exceptional service and pleasant staff.

Problems with Card Reader

Tried pumping gas at this location, but the card reader on pump 1 failed to function with two different cards. The customer had to sit there and deal with malfunctioning equipment, and to make matters worse, a technician smoking a cigarette right in front of a no-smoking sign did not assist or offer a solution.

Exceptional Service

These guys were phenomenal! A customer's lower radiator hose came off, and after trying to fix it themselves, they panicked, thinking they would need to spend hundreds of dollars. They called Divine, a local business, and spoke to CJ at the Wellesley and Nevada location, who provided great information and even gave them a quick solution. The customer was impressed with the service and would not hesitate to call Divine again.

Pleasant Service

A customer was impressed with the young man working at the location around 8-9pm. He was extremely pleasant, explaining the rewards card to customers, complimenting their snack choices, and wishing them a good evening. The customer, who manages a retail store, considers the gentleman a customer service all-star.
