And I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was so kind and patient with me, rates were the most reasonable that I had come across in my search. The driver was so nice that he even came to my job to pick up my payment, because I had forgotten that he said he needed cash. He even worked around my schedule because I had meetings the day this all happened.

Eagle towing was a Life Saver after my Tahoe broke down because the midnight sun towing decided to disconnect my transmission cable while impounding my car. He gave me a ride home and even helped fixed the disconnected cable. Thank You Eagle Towing.

Had to change my tire and I contacted them to come help me because I thought my spare tire kit was missing a piece on the jack. The staff told me to send a picture of my jack, and it turned out the missing parts were inside the jack itself. Was able to change my tire myself thanks to their assistance. Truck broke down at the gas station in Girdwood, AK and didn't want to leave it there overnight. Called Midnight Sun Towing and they said they wouldn't have a tow truck for 3-4 hours and quoted $315. Decided to call Eagle Towing and had my call answered right away. Quoted me $260 for a tow back to Anchorage. Driver said he was leaving right after we hung up and made it there within 45mins.

The cab was toasty and warm while he loaded the vehicle up which was very welcoming. Great and fast service on a Saturday night, the driver was professional/welcoming on the drive back to Anchorage. If you need a tow Eagle Towing is a great company. Will use them again if I need it!

Incredible job done by Eagle towing. I needed a vehicle moved with no front tires moved into a garage and they made it happen. The process took maybe an hour probably less, but no scratches or damage on my vehicle and safely got the vehicle to the destination. There are a lot of towing places in Anchorage but Eagle Towing is by far the most pleasant tow I've had. At a drop of a hat, and was towing me half across town and even offered a lift! An amazing experience to transport my classic car in Winter. 10 stars if i could. I contacted Eagle Towing who was easy to chat with. Eagle towing was early for their appt in 20 degree weather. Took very special care of my car (using blankets over straps, lumber), took it all the way down to the Port babying the car the entire way. Extremely knowledgable. I was visiting Anchorage and even put his contact info in my phone if i ever need it again.

My friend needed his vehicle towed at 11 PM at night. The driver arrived 10 minutes after we called. Within three or four minutes his vehicle is loaded and we were already warm inside the vehicle heading to drop off the car. Excellent customer service, very friendly driver, very fast as well. Anything you need don't hesitate to call them. Forget overpriced Vulcan towing, Forget Riggs towing who constantly up charges, nevermind Aurora and they're pissed poor customer service.
