How It All Started

A few years ago, I slid off the road and wrecked my car. I contacted my insurance company who dispatched a tow truck to come out to assist me. The driver who arrived was less than polite and complained about his job the entire time. Later that night while at home, I replayed the course of events several times in my head. The next morning, I continued to ask myself how can a person, in the midst of helping someone, focus more on complaining about their job than the needs of the customer?

I considered this to be poor and unacceptable customer service. In the weeks that followed, I began researching ways to start my own towing company, with one goal, to be different than the others. I would not only offer reliable and prompt roadside assistance, but I would introduce customers to a company whose core mission is to provide exceptional and courteous customer service, every time.
