Excellent service, very highly recommended! Driver knew exactly what he was doing and very professional. Got our suburban out of a 6.4 clearance parking garage with no issues in about 20 minutes. I had called others and literally they all said it could not be done. While parked at Marriott LAX Parking for 10 days, our suburban was broken into damaging the ignition and the catalytic converter stolen, leaving it nonoperational. This company saved us big time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much!!

OMG, the towing service provided to me today 01/05/2021 was excellent. The order with my insurance company was put in and within 15 minutes I received a call from this towing company driver name David and less then 10 minutes David the driver was at my home picking up my vehicle. David was very, very nice and understood my situation provide nothing but kind words.
I was unhappy after the accident earlier this day but the kind words from David made me feel much better. After my vehicle was delivered to the repair shop David gave me a call to say my vehicle is delivered and a picture of my vehicle at the repair shop.
Best service in the world. That is what Im talking about David. Go David go go YAY.

Unfortunately I had to look for a towing company yesterday after my car broke down on the 405 freeway. I found Los Angeles Towing Services and spoke to Sam over the phone who also was the one to tow me. Sam arrived within 20 minutes and first of all moved my car to the side of the freeway for our safety. We had a nice small talk on the way to the dealership, he was friendly and clean unlike the tow truck drivers stigma.

I was trying to leave work in order to pick up my kids from school but my car wouldnt start. I work in LA and the kids go to school in Sherman Oaks. Knowing that every minute is crucial during afternoon traffic I needed a company that provides jump-start and can be there fast. After 20 minutes of waiting I saw the tow truck pull into the parking lot of my work. He tried to jump start the car with no success. The battery needed to be replaced. He offered to go get a new battery and bring it to the location. I couldnt wait anymore, as my kids were about to finish school. He saw that I was so stressed he offered to tow my car and drive with me (on the tow truck) to pick up my kids! No other company in LA would have offered me this kind of service! The driver was so considerate. The price was a little higher than most other companies I know but completely worth it!

The automobile was standing in the garage for over ten years so obviously it wasn't drivable.
So me and my wife called some various towing and transportation companies to get some quotes, and understand the prices of that type of service. We had never towed or transported a vehicle before.
After few hours of the towing market research, we decided to go with Los Angeles Towing Services.
The driver who came to help us looked very professional and promote. From my point of view, he did an amazing job.
The price was very fair comparing to the service. Well deserved five stars review.
